Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the L&D strategy aligned with business and talent needs.
- Define capability frameworks and learning roadmaps for store staff, front-line managers, and leadership roles.
Program Design & Execution
- Design, deploy, and evaluate training programs across technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
- Lead induction, customer service excellence, sales training, and store management development initiatives.
- Drive nationalization, internal career growth, and HiPo programs.
Digital Learning & Tools
- Lead the digital transformation of L&D (e-learning platforms, LMS, microlearning, etc.).
- Drive data-driven learning decisions using dashboards and analytics.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Retail Operations, HRBPs, and Business Leaders to identify learning needs and evaluate impact.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing L&D team.
- Mentor and upskill internal trainers and facilitators.
Key Requirements:
- 10–15 years of L&D experience, preferably in retail/FMCG/hospitality.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale L&D programs across geographies.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and frontline challenges.
- Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital learning.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
