Madison Pearl has been mandated by a leading organization in the UAE, and they have ambitious growth plans for the year ahead to expand their learning & development capabilities. We are looking to hire a Director of Learning and Development who will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies & developing learning programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement leadership development programs across all business units.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and design targeted development programs to drive performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development with 5+ years specifically within Banking and Financial Services.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives and develop learning programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning principles.
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree; a Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
