I am hiring for a high-impact Learning & Development (L&D) initiative led by a Big 4, aimed at designing the governance and communication framework for a large-scale training program.
While external vendors will deliver the training content, my client will oversee program governance, project management, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the L&D program
- Manage timelines, vendors, stakeholders, and communications
- Ensure alignment between training delivery, project governance, and reporting standards
- Provide strategic input on program design, communication, and implementation
- Maintain continuous reporting and updates for key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in L&D program management (preferably in a consulting environment)
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with managing external vendors and training delivery oversight
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
