The hourly range for this role, based in New York, is $45.00-$50.00/hour. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary:
The Learning Coordinator at Pernod-Ricard plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge through effective training programs. They are responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of training and development programs across the organization.

What you’ll do
- Organize and manage logistics for training sessions to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Facilitate communication between trainers and participants, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Monitor progress of training programs and evaluate their effectiveness through participant feedback
- Design and develop training objectives and materials that align with organizational goals.
- Create engaging learning activities that foster skill development and knowledge retention.
- Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics analysis and continuous improvement
- Select and negotiate with training vendors to secure beneficial contracts and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to optimize training delivery.
- Mitigate vendor-related risks and ensure the alignment of services with Pernod-Ricard's objectives.

Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination or program management is essential.
