1. Develops technical and behavioural expectation training and objectives.
2. Assesses employee development needs and defines appropriate resources and processes to
support learning.
3. Develops unique training programs to support the development of our retail and product services
departments and their employee’s.
4. Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
5. Develops strategies to ensure the application and transfer of learned skills and knowledge to the
workplace, including post-training activities and assessments.
6. Documents existing internal processes and procedures to create training materials.
7. Creates and updates training procedure manuals, user guides, and learning materials.
8. Trains and coach’s managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts
(train the trainer)
