Learning and Development Manager

Our client, a growing organisation with a strong regional presence, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead employee development initiatives and help shape a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
This role will be central to designing and delivering impactful training programs, implementing learning strategies, and supporting leadership development across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous learning and career growth, while aligning all L&D efforts with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute learning strategies that support both individual growth and business goals
- Deliver a variety of training methods, from in-person workshops to e-learning and mentorship programs
- Oversee competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning
- Evaluate learning needs, track program success, and report on outcomes to leadership
- Collaborate with global partners, external vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality L&D solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve training offerings
- Lead and support L&D specialists when required
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in L&D or a related HR development role
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering learning programs across diverse formats
- Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
