Are you a strategic HR Global Head of Learning & Development ready to drive company-wide learning strategy? Do you thrive on leading through transformation, building strong partnerships, and inspiring teams to become more visible, influential, and aligned with business goals? Then we would love to hear from you!
The Global Head of Learning & Development (L&D) will lead a team of HR L&D specialists across Europe, Asia, and North America to accelerate the development of a best-in-class, industry-leading center of excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing people strategies that position talent as a key competitive advantage.
The role oversees the design, deployment, and delivery of learning programs aligned with business goals, enhances the employee experience, and drives the implementation of a comprehensive, company-wide learning strategy.
Together with their team, the Global Head of L&D will play a key role in enabling learning across the organization—enabling technical skill development within business teams, while Global HR focuses on soft skills (behavioral and leadership capabilities).
With operational efficiency under scrutiny and delivery excellence well established over the last years, the next step in our L&D evolution is to elevate the function into a strategic partner: this is not about shifting away from operational excellence, but about complementing it with greater strategic impact.
The Global Head of L&D will help drive this shift—from a primarily delivery-focused and coordinating role to one that is more visible and influential, in a new regulated environment for Swift as of 2026. This includes partnering with business leaders to enable or sometimes co-create learning ecosystems aligned with strategic priorities and orchestrate a global community of learning experts to amplify learning across the organization.

- Team leadership and capability building: Lead, inspire, and continue to develop a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of collaboration, responsible innovation in an Agile environment, and continuous growth.
