We're delighted to be partnered with an ambitious Private Equity firm who are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join a growing People team that’s redefining what great looks like in HR. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you’ll be at the heart of a business that values leadership, engagement, and continuous growth. What You’ll Do:
- Build and evolve a world-class learning curriculum aligned to career pathways and future skills.
- Design and deliver standout leadership development experiences—from rising stars to the C-suite.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed learning into the DNA of the business.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire individuals across the firm.
- Develop and deliver engaging learning content, including for key events such as our firmwide, team and office offsite events.
- Support talent development across our portfolio companies.
- Bring energy, creativity, and operational excellence to everything you do.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in L&D, ideally in financial or professional services designing and delivering training across all levels.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing at all levels.
- A coaching qualification (or strong experience) is a big plus.
- Willingness to travel to our European and US offices.
- Bonus points for a second language!
