LVMH Fashion Group UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our HR team. This role will be pivotal in leading the design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives and programs across the Fashion Group (FG) UK Division, ensuring alignment with global LVMH strategies and contributing to the development of a high-performance culture.

Manage the implementation and delivery of L&D initiatives across the FG UK Division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global L&D strategie - s.Oversee the development and delivery of comprehensive L&D projects, from initial research, to execution and evaluatio
- n.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful design and delivery of L&D program
- s.Drive the development and execution of L&D-related employee communications to promote engagement and participatio
- n.Establish and manage the local L&D calendar in collaboration with the HR Director. Oversee the tracking of spend against the Training Budget and contribute to annual Budget plans and revision
- s.Facilitate training sessions and develop Train-the-Trainer programs for the HR team and internal managers to build internal capabilitie
- s.Continuously improve overall training processes by tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and implementing data-driven enhancement
- s.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of L&D initiatives and provide regular reports to senior managemen
- t.Oversee the onboarding process, including the delivery of FG Induction, Living LVMH, and LVMH Discovery program
