- Evaluate, design and boost learning and development projects aligned with the business goals
- Support employees and leadership team to improve their management skills
- Mantain a top tier training policy to guarantee the excellence in the internal practices
- Guide the employees to become in brand ambassadors sharing the company values
- KPIS Reporting
- Relations with external suppliers
- Create and manage the budget
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in global environments in retail sector with great customer care and orientation
- Proficiency in english
- Higher interlocution level with employees and leadership team
