We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development System Administrator to manage our Learning Management System (Dukes Hub) and HR database system (Bob). This role will be pivotal in supporting the growth of our employee development programs across Europe. The ideal candidate will oversee access management, content uploads, e- learning sourcing, and hybrid learning solutions. Additionally, they will assist with the onboarding of new employees and schools, manage HR file uploads, handle queries, and ensure the smooth running of system management tasks. You will collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and work with cross-functional teams across Europe and the UK.
- KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Learning Management System (LMS) Management:
· System Access & User Management: Manage and control user access for employees across the European region, ensuring appropriate permissions are assigned.
· Content Upload & Management: Upload and maintain learning materials, courses, and modules onto the LMS, ensuring the content is up-to-date and aligned with organizational goals.
· Sourcing E-Learning Solutions: Research and source external e-learning and hybrid learning solutions that fit the development needs of employees, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the LMS.
· Community Management: Oversee and manage learning communities across multiple regions, fostering engagement and communication among employees.
· Technical Support: Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve any system bugs, errors, or technical challenges that may arise within the LMS.
- HR Database & onboarding:
· HR Database System Management: Oversee the administration and management of the Bob, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
· Onboarding New Schools & Employees: Facilitate the onboarding of new schools and employees into the HR system, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless access to necessary resources.
· File Upload Project Management: Coordinate and manage the upload of HR-related files for all schools, ensuring compliance with data management standards and timelines.
· Query and Error Management: Respond promptly to system queries from users, resolving any issues related to data access, permissions, or system errors.
· Adhoc Reporting: Generate and manage reports on various aspects of employee learning, system performance, and HR data as needed.
· Country-Specific Dashboards: Develop and maintain customized dashboards for different countries, providing key insights into employee learning and HR data trends.
2.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experiencie: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or HR system administration.
Proven experience managing an LMS and HR databases. Experience with sourcing and managing e-learning platforms and hybrid learning solutions. Experience with project management and managing cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Learning Management Systems (ideally Docebo or Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors). Strong understanding of HR databases and cloud-based systems. Intermediate to advanced Excel / Power BI skills for reporting and data analysis. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with IT teams to resolve them.

Working Enviroment:
This position is based at Madrid with occasional travel across Europe required for site visits. Flexibility to work from home may be offered on an adhoc basis depending on the role's demands.
Salary;
25-30K €/ gross per year.
