§Design, plan, and implement succession planning, leadership development, and career development§Develop and enhance employees’ leadership, knowledge, skills and competencies required.§Lead the learning and development programs designs, implementation, methods and ensure contents layout consistency.§Develop process for assessing training needs and requirements for various sectors and ensures its efficient application.§Lead the collective learning and learning culture.§Leads learning solution design and development activities, needs analysis, learning approach, learning objectives, learning methods, and all finished products such as presentation deck, case studies, exercises, role plays, gamification and facilitation guide.§Secure the best learning solution provider and work closely with trainers to insure the validity and reliability of the development solution.§Effectively manages data collection methods from various sources and creates actionable intelligence to translate data into business ready learning solutions.§Manage and track the allocated budget§Leads the process of benchmarking available development programs and best market practices to develop a development programs and practices.§Work with training provider to conduct curriculum gaps analysis and to customize curriculum as needed.JOB-Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent field of studies
The education levels can be replaced by years of experience
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
