Forvia Interiors is looking for a Global Training Specialist to be based at its Nanterre Headquarters site.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Global Training Specialist coordinates and supports the deployment of learning and development initiatives across Forvia Interiors, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent implementation across regions and functions.
KEY MISSIONS
- Support the definition of global training priorities based on business and employee development needs.
- Coordinate the deployment of global learning programs with regional, functional and local HR teams.
- Consolidate training needs identified through talent reviews, development plans and business requirements.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of training programs, learning materials and development journeys.
- Coordinate internal and external training providers and monitor program delivery.
- Support learning platforms, digital learning solutions and training catalogues.
- Monitor training participation, budgets, feedback and key learning indicators.
- Prepare training dashboards and reports to assess program effectiveness.
- Promote learning opportunities through targeted communication campaigns.
- Animate the global HR and training network and share best practices.
- Contribute to onboarding, leadership development, functional academies and broader talent-development projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, data-privacy requirements and local regulations.
EXPERIENCE
4+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, talent development or HR project management, preferably in an international environment.
EDUCATION
Master’s degree or equivalent level in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Education or a related field.

- Ability to translate business needs into relevant learning solutions.
- Good communication, facilitation and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with learning platforms, digital tools and training KPIs.
- Organized, proactive and able to work across functions and cultures.
- Fluency in English. French or another language would be an advantage.
