TRAINING STRATEGY & CONTENT CREATION
- Plan, implement and manage a structured in house training program.
- Design and deliver the onboarding/induction presentation.
- Support with the training from our brands, as well as product knowledge.
- Deliver internal Workshops on uniform guidelines, company policies and procedures.
- Focus training efforts to support business objectives and team development needs; measures the contributions of the training function in support of the overall business needs.
- Conduct regular TNA and LNA company wide.
- Manage the creation of required training on a timely basis, adapt and scale content based upon the needs of business and stores.
- Identify retail skill gaps and adapt the training plan to address the training priorities of each department in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Provide timely and detailed reporting following all training activity, ensuring brand and internal objectives have been met and ROI achieved.
- Lead and monitor the Mystery Shopping programme.
- Serve as the Training Lead with the Retail Managers; liaise with other areas of the business in supporting their training needs, from both a content and a facilitation perspective.
- Consistently collect feedback from stores to ensure our teams are trained to successfully perform their jobs at the highest level and offer an elevated client experience.
- Identify potential talent progression opportunities, and in partnership with key stakeholders, create an IDP to maximise these opportunities.
JOB SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:
- 3+ years of training design and facilitation experience in a luxury retail setting, preferred.
- Batchelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of training frameworks.
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees, at all levels, to excellence.
- Track record in building internal and external client relationships.
- Passion for elevated service and flawless client experience.
- Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential.
- Strong drive for results and reaching milestones.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Stellar interpersonal skills: the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work weekends from time to time, if and when it’s needed.
