Our Dublin based client is looking for a Training & Change Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

- Hybrid attendance pattern
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programmes that support the successful adoption of SAP solutions, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Design and implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning solutions tailored to different user groups.
- Produce engaging training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support organisational change initiatives.
- Monitor user readiness, adoption levels, and training effectiveness, implementing improvements where required.
- Promote employee engagement and awareness throughout transformation projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Professional Experience Required:
- Minimum3 years of professional experiencein training, learning and development, organisational change, or change management roles.
- Experience developing and executing training programmes that support technology, process, or organisational change initiatives.
- Proven ability to create engaging learning content and drive user adoption across stakeholder groups.
- Experience supporting SAP, ERP, or business transformation programmes would be highly advantageous.
Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
