Training & Change Coordinator

TechHeads is delighted to be partnering with a large, established Irish organisation during an exciting period of transformation. The organisation is establishing a brand-new Centre of Excellence, and this position will be the first hire into the function, giving you a unique opportunity to help build and shape the Centre from the ground up.
As a Training & Change Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating training programmes, supporting SAP implementation and adoption, managing change activities and helping employees transition successfully to new systems and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build something from the beginning, rather than step into an established function
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of SAP training programmes aligned with business requirements.
- Identify training needs and conduct training gap analysis through stakeholder consultation.
- Coordinate change management and employee engagement activities, helping employees adopt new systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, guides, documentation and digital learning resources.
- Build strong relationships with leadership, SAP teams, stakeholders and OpCos, while monitoring training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in training, learning and development, change management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design techniques.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and deadlines.
- Experience using SharePoint to create, manage and maintain training documentation and learning resources.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with experience working across different teams and levels of an organisation.
- Experience developing and supporting engagement and communication plans as part of organisational change.
- Experience with SAP training or SAP-related change projects would be highly advantageous.
Candidate must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 DOE
