We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented and hands-on
Learning & Development (L&D) HR Associate to support the coordination, administration and tracking of learning activities across TAP. This role is focused on the
operational organising and delivery of mandatory, compliance-driven and business-critical training, including close coordination with internal stakeholders, external training providers and HR systems.
It is a role for someone who enjoys keeping processes, data, calendars, certificates and follow-ups under control, while contributing to a reliable and user-friendly learning experience for employees. The role does not involve training design, training delivery or content creation.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of mandatory, operational and compliance-related training activities across the organisation.
- Maintain the company training matrix, training plan and training calendar in coordination with HR, HSE, Compliance, Operations and other relevant stakeholders.
- Launch, update and maintain courses, sessions, enrolments and learning records in the HRMS / LMS, with a strong focus on data quality and traceability.
- Collect and consolidate training needs from departments and support the planning of annual or recurring training activities.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, participant communication and post-training follow-up.
- Collect, upload and monitor certificates, qualification records, completion status, expiry dates and refresher requirements.
- Support internal training providers with HRMS set-up, course materials, attendance records, test results and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external training providers, supporting contracts, purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, documentation and service follow-up.
- Support budget tracking, cost follow-up and invoice approval processes under the supervision of the Employee Engagement Specialist.
- Prepare and maintain reporting on training completion, feedback, effectiveness and key L&D indicators.
- Support mandatory onboarding training plans and contribute to selected HR processes such as annual development and performance review cycles.
- Identify opportunities to improve training administration processes, templates, tracking tools and user experience.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
- Proven experience in learning coordination, training administration, HR operations or a similarly structured coordination role.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, LMS or similar systems; Cornerstone experience would be a strong advantage.
- A strong interest in compliance-driven training environments, mandatory training, certification tracking and audit-ready documentation.
- Experience supporting vendors, purchase requests / orders, invoices or contract administration would be an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with structured data, lists, dashboards or reports; Power BI exposure would be a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English, ideally at C1 level or above; Italian, Greek or Albanian would be an advantage.
- A practical, service-oriented mindset and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across functions and countries.
- High attention to detail, strong ownership, reliable follow-through and the ability to manage competing deadlines without losing accuracy.

- Compensation will be offered within a predefined and internally benchmarked salary range aligned with the role’s responsibilities and your experience. The base salary range for this position is EUR 25,000 to EUR 28,000 gross per year + variable + standard TAP benefits.
