A global organization is seeking a Global Director of Learning & Development to lead the design and delivery of innovative learning strategies across a large, enterprise environment. The ideal candidate brings deep learning and development expertise, experience operating in complex global organizations, and a strong interest in leveraging AI-enabled learning tools to drive engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and lead global learning and development programs from scratch
- Create innovative learning strategies that support business goals across a large enterprise organization
- Leverage AI-driven learning tools and modern development approaches to enhance the employee experience
- Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions
- Develop engaging content, frameworks, and learning journeys for diverse employee populations
- Serve as a visible and influential leader within the organization, driving a strong learning culture
- Measure program effectiveness and continuously refine initiatives for greater impact
Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of learning and development experience
- Experience in a large company or enterprise environment required
- Some global L&D experience preferred
- Demonstrated success creating L&D programs from scratch
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to develop creative, strategic, and practical solutions
- Experience utilizing AI in learning design, delivery, or strategy
