As our Global Learning & Development Partner, you will play a key role in bringing our global L&D strategy to life. Working closely with the Global Learning & Development Director, you will help develop future talent, support leaders and employees across multiple geographies, and create innovative learning solutions that drive performance, engagement and long-term success.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience designing and facilitating Learning & Development programmes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate learning needs into effective development solutions.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital/e-learning content.
- Ability to gather, analyse and interpret learning data, feedback and programme metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and working autonomously to support strategic L&D initiatives.
- Experience working across diverse cultures and backgrounds within a multi-site or international environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience facilitating virtual and online learning programmes would be advantageous.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
