As the Learning Experience Designer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CREB®’s education programs for members. Reporting to the Manager, Member Training, this position is responsible for coordinating all day‑to‑day training logistics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members, and supporting both in-person and virtual courses. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to deliver well-organized, effective, and engaging learning opportunities.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and update learning programs and materials
- Conduct learning needs analysis and identify opportunities for new or enhanced training
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective, learner-focused content
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Support speaker coordination and training delivery
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training delivery, or adult education
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with eLearning tools and learning management systems is an asset
