Location: Remote with Travel during Acquisitions & Integrations
Wheelhouse is seeking a ServiceTitan Implementation & Training Manager to lead the rollout, configuration, and adoption of ServiceTitan across our growing portfolio of home service companies.
As part of the Wheelhouse platform, this role is critical in supporting newly acquired businesses and existing operations by ensuring ServiceTitan is implemented correctly, adopted fully, and used consistently across all locations.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role responsible for system buildouts, payroll configuration, user management, and training. You will partner closely with leadership and field teams to drive operational consistency, improve performance, and support scalable growth across the platform.
Responsibilities
ServiceTitan Implementation & Administration
- Lead full implementation of ServiceTitan for new acquisitions and existing companies
- Build and configure ServiceTitan tenants from the ground up, including:
- Price books, memberships, and services
- Dispatching, scheduling, and workflows
- Forms, estimates, and invoicing
- Reporting dashboards and KPIs
- Payroll Configuration
- Establish standardized processes across all operating companies by creating SOPs, training materials, and onboarding guides
- Support development and ongoing management of the ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub
- Deliver both onsite and virtual training sessions during and after implementation, serving as the primary trainer for ServiceTitan across the organization including technicians, management and office staff
- Drive system adoption, accountability, and proper usage across all teams
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and reinforcement post-launch
User Access & System Administration
- Own all ServiceTitan user setup and management, including:
- New user onboarding and system access
- Roles, permissions, and access levels
- Offboarding and user deactivation
- Ensure proper system access aligned with roles and responsibilities
- Maintain system integrity, user structure, and data consistency
M&A Integration Support
- Travel to newly acquired businesses to lead ServiceTitan rollout
- Assess current operations and align with standardized workflows
- Act as the onsite lead during go-live and transition periods
- Ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to business operations
IT Coordination
- Serve as liaison with third-party IT provider for:
- Hardware provisioning (laptops, tablets, etc.)
- Basic technical support coordination
- Ensure alignment between system access and employee onboarding/offboarding processes
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using ServiceTitan
- Optimize workflows, reporting, and system usage across all companies
- Stay current on ServiceTitan updates, features, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceTitan Admin experience (required)
- Proven experience implementing and administering ServiceTitan Enterprise Hub from the ground up
- Demonstrated ability to train both field and office teams effectively
- Experience in home services (garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) preferred
- Experience configuring technician payroll, commissions, and compensation structures
- Strong experience managing user roles, permissions, and system architecture
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
