Job Description: Digital Learning & LMS Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)
The Forensic Practice is seeking a part-time Digital Learning & LMS Coordinator to support the development and delivery of specialized online training programs for investigative professionals. You must have a strong interest in digital learning and developing educational content for adults.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
- organizing digital systems,
- producing polished educational materials,
- learning new software/platforms,
- video editing,
- and supporting meaningful work behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support our online learning platform (Docebo)
- Assist with eCourse production using Articulate
- Prepare workshop PDFs and digital resources
- Perform basic video editing
- Update WordPress pages and online course information
- Help organize and maintain digital learning materials
Must Have
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with LMS
- Experience using Articulate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work reliably and independently in a remote work environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Docebo
- Familiarity with WordPress
- French language skills (written and spoken)
- Experience coordinating professional social media content and scheduling

Part-time: approximately 15–25 hours/week initially

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
