Job Description: Digital Learning & LMS Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

The Forensic Practice is seeking a part-time Digital Learning & LMS Coordinator to support the development and delivery of specialized online training programs for investigative professionals. You must have a strong interest in digital learning and developing educational content for adults.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

organizing digital systems,
producing polished educational materials,
learning new software/platforms,
video editing,
and supporting meaningful work behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Manage and support our online learning platform (Docebo)
Assist with eCourse production using Articulate
Prepare workshop PDFs and digital resources
Perform basic video editing
Update WordPress pages and online course information
Help organize and maintain digital learning materials

Must Have

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with LMS
Experience using Articulate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work reliably and independently in a remote work environment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Docebo
Familiarity with WordPress
French language skills (written and spoken)
Experience coordinating professional social media content and scheduling
