A leading global hospitality organization is looking for a Senior Analyst, Learning Operations to join their Global Learning & Capability Building team. This role will support a high-impact Brand Immersion program, a sales-focused learning initiative that equips stakeholders with the tools and insights needed to drive development and brand alignment in real-world deal environments.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of learning, data, and technology.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute LMS/LXP platform operations (content publishing, configuration, analytics, maintenance)
- Analyze learning data (engagement, completion, survey insights) and recommend improvements
- Build dashboards and reports to track program performance
- Identify learner behavior trends and optimize content and delivery
- Develop and maintain digital learning assets (modules, guides, job aids)
- Apply basic technical skills (HTML, iframes) to enhance content
- Troubleshoot LMS/SCORM issues and support smooth content delivery
- Leverage AI and modern tools to accelerate content creation and execution
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Operations, HR Tech, or similar
- Experience working with LMS platforms (uploading, configuring, testing content)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, LMS analytics, etc.)
- Familiarity with SCORM and basic troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of HTML (embeds, simple edits)
- High attention to detail and strong execution mindset
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Articulate, Saba, Oracle, NovoEd, or similar
- Exposure to learning analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience (certifications, bootcamps, or self-taught backgrounds welcome)
