About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Learning & Development Advisor to support the continuous growth and professionalization of learning programs within a global, project-driven environment.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of
high-impact learning solutions that support employees working on complex offshore and dredging projects. You will play a key role in aligning learning strategies with business needs, ensuring that employees have the right skills to perform at the highest level.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and translate them into effective learning solutions
- Design and implement learning programs, assessments, and training materials
- Develop and maintain a structured learning process and framework
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and subject matter experts
- Contribute to learning strategy and policy, including digital learning tools
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Ensure continuous improvement and evaluation of learning programs
- Integrate key themes such as safety, quality, and craftsmanship into training
- Support and coach trainers and specialists in their development
- Promote blended learning approaches (e-learning, on-the-job learning, simulations)
Your Profile Must-Have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Educational Sciences, Pedagogy, or similar
- 3–5 years' experience in Learning & Development or educational consulting
- Proven experience with blended learning solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
