JOB SUMMARY
The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs which enhance the skills, knowledge and behaviors of team members working within the Program. Additionally, they will be responsible for monthly checks to ensure the program has access to the most up to date product monograph. The Program QA and Training Specialist will also be responsible for Program Quality Assurance ensuring the program is audit ready at all times.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
- Prepare new staff onboarding training schedule in conjunction with Associate Program
- Manager and Bayshore Learning and Development Specialist
- Design, develop and facilitate training sessions (in person and virtually) that will enhance the Program Team.
- Evaluate individual and program performance to ensure training is meeting program needs
- Act as the program primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the LMS application
- Develop engaging and meaningful training materials in various formats such as e-modules, instructor-led and webinars to meet program needs and in alignment with best practices
- Create instructional materials (e-learning, user guides, job aids etc.)
o Upkeep and reconciliation of the program training matrix
o Responsible for the uploading and training roll out of new or updated trainings, working instructions and materials both internal and external
o Maintaining list of manufacturer provided training and patient materials and ensuring the program team is using the most up to date materials
o Communicate trends, concerns and any relevant information back to APMs, PMs etc.
o Participate in call listening sessions with client to support training & refresher needs
