The organisation delivers a broad range of digital, virtual, and face-to-face training solutions to a global client base. With a strong reputation for high-quality, specialist content, they are continuing to expand their digital learning offer and invest in new technologies.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced LMS Administrator who enjoys taking ownership of platforms, improving processes, and working closely with learning and product teams to deliver a high-quality digital learning experience.
The role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of the LMS, supporting course delivery and ensuring a seamless learner experience across multiple client environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing users, enrolments, programmes, and reporting
- Uploading and maintaining SCORM/xAPI and digital learning content
- Building courses, pathways, and learner journeys
- Supporting platform improvements, integrations, and releases
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI
What we’re looking for
- Proven LMS administration experience (Totara, Moodle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of LMS structures, reporting, and learner management
- Experience working with SCORM and/or xAPI
- Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g. Storyline, Rise 360)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in a client-facing or service-led environment
