Your Role

We are seeking a senior product training expert with deep experience building and scaling customer and internal product training for enterprise software platforms.
As a leader of large-scale strategic learning projects, you will partner with business leaders, HR / L&D colleagues and technical subject matter experts to design, deliver, and scale modern learning solutions that enable the success of employees, clients and partners alike.
What You Will Be Working On
- Owning and scaling Tecsys' global product learning strategy, ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams achieve rapid time‑to‑value and long‑term product adoption.
- Designing role‑based enablement paths aligned to implementation milestones, release cycles, and go‑to‑market motions.
- Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services and Sales Enablement to ensure product education is aligned to real-world use cases implementation approaches and customer needs.
- Leveraging digital, AI‑enabled approaches to scale content creation, maintenance, and personalization across a fast‑evolving SaaS platform.
- Translating organizational priorities into learning solutions that strengthen capabilities while applying performance improvement and instructional design best practices.
- Continuously evaluating and improving product training based on learner feedback, adoption data, and business / customer impact metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS, enterprise software, or technology organization is required.
- Demonstrated ownership of product training, customer education or implementation training tied to software adoption.
- 6-8+ years in Learning & Development with a strong grounding in AI-driven learning.
- Bachelor or master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology (Preferred).
- Strong executive presence with stakeholder management, influence and program management skills.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and critical thinking.
- Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec. French is an asset.
