Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Qualify leads based on client needs and interest levels
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- Follow up with prospects as needed to ensure appointment confirmation and engagement
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to maximize appointment opportunities
- Engage in continuous learning about our offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques
Skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer service principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to conduct technical or product-specific sales discussions (Technology or Technical Sales)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships and drive business development efforts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
