Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and help draft grant proposals and applications.
Coordinate with accounts and operations to ensure timely and accurate filing of paperwork.
Take notes and update documentation on funding activities.
Create presentations and Statements of Work (SOWs) for sales opportunities.
Manage and relay messages efficiently for the design and development teams.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure deliverables are met with precision.
Working closely with the C-Suite team to manage email, Slack and phone call communications.

Craft professional email scripts and manage digital portfolios for the team.
Assist in organizing and overseeing internal events, ensuring smooth execution.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Support the creative direction for marketing materials and campaigns.
Planning events for the staff members to commemorate team milestones.
Building and maintaining community events to grow our following on social media and within the technology scene in Toronto and New York.

Assist the sales team with drafting and sending communications.
Research and identify potential opportunities on job boards and websites.
Help manage the sales pipeline by documenting updates and organizing leads.
Attending and planning networking events with individuals across LinkedIn and other communication channels.
Working closely with Clay, Apollo and Hubspot to manage our lead communications.
Experiment with marketing tools to enhance outreach efforts.
Tailor cover letters and resumes for specific job applications.
