You must be able to travel 75% of the time (up to 15 nights per month) and periodic international travel is required.
Summary: The Integrated Solutions Implementation and Support is responsible for supporting Integrated Solutions locations by ensuring the execution of launching successful implementations of new sites and ongoing verification of processes and procedures. This role involves traveling to Integrated Solutions locations to support staff with new site start-ups, staff training, location audits, and ensuring set processes and procedures are followed consistently. This position requires frequent travel, and may include international visits, to support global operations and support strategies for process consistency and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the end-to-end implementation process for new Integrated Solutions site start-ups
- Support as the on-site resource during new location launches, providing hands-on support to staff throughout the go-live process
- Support site launch checklists, timelines, and implementation guides to ensure consistency across all locations
- Deliver on-site training to new and existing staff on established processes, procedures, systems, and operational standards
- Assess staff competency levels and identify training gaps, working with managers to develop learning plans as needed
- Partner with site managers and supervisors to reinforce training outcomes and sustain performance standards post-launch
- Conduct regular location audits to verify adherence to established processes, procedures, and operational standards
- Document audit findings and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations to site leadership and management
- Identify opportunities for process improvements across locations and collaborate with leadership to recommend solutions
- Analyze recurring operational challenges across sites and recommend standardized best practices to address root causes
- Support the rollout of updated or new processes, ensuring consistent adoption at all locations
- Contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures based on field observations and feedback
- 75% travel (15 nights per month) and periodic international travel as required.
REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of aviation, manufacturing or industrial business experience
- Strong process and procedure experience
- Ability to demonstrate situational leadership in a matrix environment and lead others not directly within span of control
- Strength in process improvement
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in Integrated Solutions Operations and Contracts preferred
- Fluent in English; Additional languages are a plus; strongly prefer French or Portuguese/Spanish additional language
POSITION LOCATION
Located near a Sage Parts US hub location (GSP, MEM, LAX).
SALARY
Exact salary is dependent on experience and location.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
