Company Overview
Zachary Knight Enterprises (ZKE) is an Indigenous-led consulting firm focused on strengthening housing systems within First Nations and Tribal communities across Canada and the United States.
Our work is grounded in one core principle: communities should have the tools, knowledge, and systems to manage their own housing.
Through our flagship program, Inspector in a Box (IIAB), we support Nations by:
- Training local housing inspectors
- Providing tools and systems for ongoing inspections
- Delivering data-driven insights on housing conditions
- Supporting funding readiness and long-term planning
We work directly with community leadership, housing departments, and local trainees to build sustainable, community-led solutions that reduce reliance on external consultants and improve housing outcomes over the long term.
At ZKE, we don’t just deliver services—we build capacity, create pathways for local employment, and support communities in taking control of their housing systems.
