We are seeking an exceptional Head of Learning to lead our Business, Learning and Development provision. This role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Principal, Head of School, Programme Director or senior curriculum leader who is aspiring to progress to Vice Principal level in the coming years.
This is a high-impact, strategically important leadership position at the heart of our curriculum and quality ambitions. You will shape curriculum direction, drive teaching and learning excellence, and contribute to transformational improvements across FE, HE, Apprenticeships, Adult learning and Commercial Courses.
You will join a dynamic, values-driven leadership team committed to innovation, growth and outstanding outcomes for all learners. As part of the College Group’s succession planning, this role provides clear opportunities for development towards future Vice Principal roles.
