Our client, a global organization, is seeking a Senior Learning Technology Contractor to support their Commercial Learning & Development team. This role is focused on driving innovation in digital learning, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered solutions, simulation-based training, and sales enablement.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong L&D background combined with hands-on expertise in learning technologies, AI tools, and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Technology Strategy & Implementation
- Lead the deployment and ongoing management of enterprise learning platforms (LMS/LXP and related tools).
- Design scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions in collaboration with global teams.
- Ensure integration with enterprise systems such as HRIS, CRM, and other business platforms.
AI & Simulation-Based Learning
- Develop and implement AI-driven role-play simulations (e.g., SmartWinnr) for real-world scenario training.
- Build and manage AI agents to deliver personalized learning and virtual coaching experiences.
- Support AI adoption to enhance training effectiveness for commercial and sales teams.
Gamification & Engagement
- Design and execute gamification strategies to increase learner engagement and retention.
- Utilize platforms such as Qstream, Kahoot!, or similar tools to create interactive experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with global L&D, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Act as a subject matter expert on learning technologies and emerging trends.
- Coordinate across global teams while primarily supporting US-based stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI and learning technologies.
- Recommend improvements in learner analytics, reporting, and performance measurement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and management.
- Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms such as ACTO, Allego, MindTickle, SmartWinnr, SuccessFactors, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience with:
- AI-driven learning solutions
- Simulation-based training
- Gamification frameworks
- Experience creating and managing AI agents for learning or support use cases.
- Strong background in Learning & Development or training (Instructional Design-only profiles will not be considered).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Experience with learner analytics and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise learning ecosystems and system integrations (HRIS, CRM, etc.).
- Certifications in learning technology or AI applications in education/training.
Additional Details
- Fully remote position; equipment will be provided by the client.
- Requires collaboration with global stakeholders, including teams operating in US time zones.
