Roles & Responsibilities -
- Own and deliver sales onboarding, role readiness, and ongoing capability programs
- Partner with sales leaders to understand skill gaps and translate needs into practical learning solutions
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (live, virtual, and blended)
- Create and maintain sales learning content (playbooks, job aids, guides, reinforcement tools)
- Support sales managers with tools and frameworks to reinforce learning in the field
- Analyze feedback and performance data to improve learning effectiveness
- Stay current on sales best practices, methodologies, and enablement trends
What we are lookin for -
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales L&D, Sales Enablement, Commercial Training, or a related role
- Strong understanding of B2B sales environments and sales motions
- Experience designing and facilitating learning for sales or customer‑facing teams
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong communication, facilitation, and content‑creation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
