We are looking for a passionate Area Leader to mentor, coach, and inspire our agents. What You’ll Do
As an Epique Area Leader, you will:
- Onboard & Coach: Welcome new agents and design personalized coaching plans to enhance skills, productivity, and performance.
- Foster Connection: Maintain consistent outreach, offering guidance, encouragement, and proactive support.
- Train & Develop: Lead engaging training sessions on market trends, negotiation, and sales strategies.
- Set & Monitor Goals: Establish individual and team performance objectives, providing feedback and accountability.
- Build Culture: Organize monthly events, lead weekly meetings, and cultivate collaboration and morale.
- Promote Growth: Encourage participation in industry events and community initiatives to expand professional networks.
- Attract: Actively embody the Epique values to attract other agents
- Lead Ethically: Model fair, compliant, and ethical business practices at all times.
- Recognize Success: Celebrate agent milestones, while escalating concerns appropriately to managing brokers.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be licensed as a REALTOR® in Ontario (please don't apply if you are not already an experienced agent).
- Top producer (capper) with leadership or mentorship experience.
- Strong communicator who can inspire, guide, and hold others accountable.
- Passionate about servant leadership, agent development, culture building, and client service excellence.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable documenting sessions, evaluations, and plans in digital platforms.
- A positive leader who uplifts, empowers, and embodies Epique’s vision of helping agents achieve their ultimate career goals.
- Recruiting / agent-attraction experience preferred.

Please note:
This role is not salaried. Compensation is solely based on the production of your assigned-area agents. You may be actively trading real estate, modelling best practices for your mentees.
