Cognitrex Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to support our enterprise go‑to‑market for Learning & Development solutions across regulated industries including healthcare, telecom, manufacturing, and financial services. You will sit at the intersection of sales, product, and learning strategy, leading discovery, demos, and solution design for large, complex opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead structured discovery conversations with enterprise stakeholders (HR, L&D, Operations, Compliance, IT, Business Leaders) to uncover business drivers, risks, and success metrics
- Run live, story‑driven product demonstrations tailored to client use cases across onboarding, compliance, sales enablement, and customer education
- Translate business needs into clear solution architectures and narratives (workflows, integrations, data, and reporting) that map to modern LMS/LXP capabilities
- Draft and support RFP/RFI responses, solution overviews, and business cases that quantify ROI and impact on revenue, risk, or operational efficiency
- Partner closely with the Founder and sales leadership to advance enterprise deals from first conversation through to commercial negotiation
- Help structure and communicate value propositions, pricing rationale, and implementation approaches in a way that resonates with executive stakeholders
- Coordinate internally to ensure demos, POCs, and proposal materials are aligned with client expectations and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7+ years in Solutions Consulting / Pre‑Sales, Sales Engineering, or Enterprise Account Management for B2B SaaS (ideally LMS, LXP, HRTech, or EdTech)
- Proven ability to run confident discovery calls, ask commercially intelligent questions, and navigate complex stakeholder groups
- Track record delivering polished, executive‑level demos and contributing to (or owning) enterprise RFP responses and proposals
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, stakeholder management, and value‑based selling across mid‑market and enterprise accounts
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment where you help shape processes, collateral, and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on experience with LMS/LXP platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, LearnUpon, or similar)
- Exposure to regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, telecom, manufacturing, or public sector)
- Familiarity with instructional design, learning strategy, or L&D program management
- Experience collaborating with product, customer success, and marketing on value narratives, case studies, and solution blueprints
