This role is open to University of Leeds employees currently employed within the People and Culture Directorate only.
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

The Organisational Development and Professional Learning team contributes to the success of our university by providing a range of courses, events, resources and advice to support the learning and development of our staff and postgraduate researchers. We also support organisational development, working closely with colleagues throughout the University to support continuous improvement and organisational change. We are seeking a learning and development professional who will be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively across the breadth of our service. As a member of the team you will play a key part in the design, delivery and evaluation of a varied portfolio of high quality organisational and people development initiatives to our diverse community which is made up of over 7500 staff and 2600 postgraduate researchers.
You will have a positive track record in the delivery of creative and experiential development designed to enhance individual, team and organisational performance. You will also be able to demonstrate active engagement with emergent scholarship and professional developments in the field or learning and development to keep your practice current.
