Propel are partnered with a global Executive Search firm that as they grow out their L&D team. Reporting to the Director of Performance, this is a pivotal role within the People Team, working alongside two experienced specialists with both new and existing colleagues. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Recruiter who is looking to step into a more supportive role, or for someone who has already had a taste of L&D with a recruitment firm.
The Role:
Global Onboarding for New Starters
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.
Training of New Starters
- The first 6-8 weeks of a new colleagues time will be working closely with you to get up and running!
Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training
- Continually assess and review current training material to ensure it remains current & relevant for the business and create updated content as and when required.
Continuous Improvement
- As the Recruitment Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support the tech stack.
System Optimisation & Implementation
- Regularly assess current platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A passion for people development and learning that sticks
- Experience within recruitment (executive search is preferable)
- Exposure to training programmes (especially onboarding)
- A collaborative, can-do mindset - you love making things better
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people at all levels
- A curiosity for tech and systems that make work smarter, not harder
You will be working for an Executive Search firm operating globally but headquartered in Leeds with offices also in Manchester, Florida, Sydney and Melbourne.
