As the guiding force behind activities related to the Trust's position as an educator and clinical placement provider, we champion the integration of pre-registration and post-registration programs. - Book facilitators, rooms, equipment and refreshments for training courses as required.
- Maintain working knowledge, understanding and documentation of the content and details of all mandatory course programmes in order to be the first point of contact for facilitators and participants.
- Provide regular information to managers, staff and external organisations about the Trust’s mandatory training courses by actively promoting full course details and responding to queries.
- Work with managers and potential course facilitators to ensure that new or amended mandatory courses are supported and promoted appropriately.
- Provide a range of mandatory training reports for colleagues across the organisation.
- Maintain good working relationships with external service providers and all customers.
- Coordinate and organise meetings and events in support of the Head of Education Learning & Development in relation to the development and delivery of the Workforce Development Service.
- Deal with enquiries including, but not limited to, courses booking, support accessing our eLearning system, support using our eLearning system via phone, face-face-face, video call and email
- Carrying out monthly processes for audit of training data, running reports of training data using ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and Microsoft Excel and disseminating this data.
