Job Description
(Regular travel across UK sites is required, and the role works on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days onsite.)
We’re looking for a passionate, forward‑thinking
Senior L&D Business Partner to help shape the future of learning, leadership, and talent development across Valeo Foods UK. If you love building capability, influencing senior stakeholders, and bringing creative learning solutions to life, this is a role where you’ll make a real impact.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering our UK‑wide learning and talent strategy, from capability roadmaps and leadership development to graduate programmes and the Valeo Academy. You’ll partner closely with HR, business leaders, and SMEs, making sure our people have the skills, behaviours, and support they need to perform and grow.
A Big Part Of Your Role Will Include
- Leading our learning needs analysis and future skills agenda.
- Creating and embedding blended learning solutions (70/20/10).
- Strengthening the internal talent pipeline and accelerating leadership readiness.
- Managing and evolving the Valeo Academy and Graduate Programmes.
- Supporting Talent & Succession, Performance Management and the embedding of our Valued Behaviours.
- Using data to provide insight, measure impact, and demonstrate ROI.
- Managing relationships with external training providers and the L&D budget.
You'll also champion learning platforms and help leaders and teams get the very best from digital tools and on‑the‑job development.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong L&D or OD experience (ideally in FMCG or Manufacturing).
- Ability to design, deliver and facilitate impactful learning solutions.
- Great stakeholder and relationship‑building skills — credible at senior levels.
- Confidence working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Strong coaching mindset, analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience using digital learning tools or content creation platforms (bonus!).
