How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Direct Personnel Management: Serve as the primary supervisor for the national Credentialed Trainer (CT) workforce, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from hiring and performance reviews to career development and disciplinary actions.
- Deployment Logistics: Manage the master deployment schedule to allocate CTs to hospital go-lives and regional trips, balancing high utilization with the prevention of staff travel burnout.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular "Teach-Back" audits and live classroom observations to ensure all direct reports maintain a consistent and high-quality delivery of instructional materials.
- Strategic Alignment: Direct the Training Managers and Principal Trainers to ensure that technical builds, curriculum, and lesson plans remain strictly aligned with organizational "Gold Star" initiatives.
- Operational Standardization: Enforce a unified national standard for training delivery by establishing a feedback loop between frontline CTs and Managers to rapidly identify and remediate curriculum errors.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

- Accountant. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
