Overview
This strategic role integrates leadership development, sales effectiveness, and CRM readiness into high-impact learning solutions. The specialist will lead initiatives that drive performance, coaching culture, and CRM adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide learning modernization initiatives (digital-first, self-directed learning paths).
- Design and deliver sales enablement programs
- Partner with senior leadership to define sales enablement strategy and KPIs.
- Develop coaching frameworks and performance tools for sales leaders.
- Facilitate leadership development sessions and onboarding journeys.
- Drive change management for CRM adoption and sales process optimization.
- Integrate CRM tools and processes into learning experiences.
- Analyze learning impact using LMS and BI data dashboards.
- Collaborate with business units to align learning with operational goals.

Requirements
- Five (5+) years in Learning & Development with proven experience in sales enablement strategy.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales Operations Management, Business Analysis, Adult Learning and Development, or a related field.
- Expertise in change management and organizational development.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM) and integration into workflows an asset.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align learning initiatives with organizational and sales goals.
- Certification in adult learning, coaching or leadership development (preferred).
- May require ability to travel, must hold a valid driver license.

Salary Range: $81,110 to $101,388 annually.
Compensation for this role reflects a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Those whose experience more closely aligns the role's requirements may be placed higher within the salary range.
