Overview
The Senior Leadership Development Program Lead is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development initiatives across all levels of the organization. This role plays a strategic part in building a strong leadership pipeline, fostering a coaching culture, and supporting succession planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an enterprise multi-level leadership development roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage annual leadership development budget and oversee vendor relationships for external programs and tools.
- Partner with leaders to champion leadership culture and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Design and implement multi-level leadership programs (new leaders, mid-level, senior leaders).
- Develop and maintain leadership competency frameworks and governance for leadership pathways.
- Lead the design and delivery of experiential learning labs, mentorship programs, and action learning projects.
- Drive innovation by leveraging digital platforms, AI-driven assessments, and modern learning tools.
- Support succession planning by identifying critical roles, assessing readiness, and creating development pathways.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using leadership readiness metrics, engagement scores, and promotion rates.
- Develop coaching frameworks and tools to support a performance-focused leadership culture.
- Report quarterly to executive leadership on leadership pipeline health and program ROI.
- Stay current with leadership development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate leadership development into onboarding and career pathing.

- Contribute to strategic planning and reporting for enterprise-wide leadership initiatives.

Requirements
- Seven (7+) years' experience in leadership development or organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level program management and strategic planning.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership assessment tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning and Development or related field.
- Certificate in leadership, coaching or organizational development (preferred)
- May require ability to travel, must hold a valid driver license.

Salary Range: $81,110 to $101,388 annually.
Compensation for this role reflects a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Those whose experience more closely aligns the role's requirements may be placed higher within the salary range.
