Job Description
We are looking for a People Management professional with a focus on Learning & Development to join our People & Culture team.
This role combines HR Generalist responsibilities across the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment support, onboarding, employee administration and engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on learning, development and performance processes. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations while coordinating development initiatives, supporting career paths and ensuring performance management processes run smoothly and consistently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work closely with managers to translate business needs into clear development actions.
Responsibilities
People Management & HR Generalist
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, internal mobility and offboarding;
- Ensure accurate HR administrative management, including employee documentation, data updates and compliance with internal procedures;
- Act as a point of contact for employees, supporting day‑to‑day people‑related topics and fostering a positive employee experience;
- Support engagement initiatives, internal communications and people‑related activities;
- Work with HR systems to manage absences, holidays, time tracking and people data.
Talent Development, Learning & Performance (Focus)
- Support the definition and execution of the annual Talent Development plan aligned with business priorities;
- Partner with managers to identify development needs and support individual development plans;
- Coordinate onboarding journeys and learning initiatives, including technical, soft skills and leadership training;
- Develop and maintain learning materials, career paths and competency frameworks;
- Coordinate training sessions (virtual, hybrid or in‑person), ensuring a positive participant experience;
- Maintain accurate training records, trackers and compliance documentation;
- Collect and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and support continuous improvement;
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, review cycles and follow‑up actions.
Education
- Bachelor / Master in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology or Law;
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced English and Spanish skills (written and spoken) mandatory.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills;
- Solid understanding of performance management and career development practices;
- Ability to work closely with managers and influence stakeholders positively;
- Experience working with HR systems;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High level of rigor, responsibility and confidentiality;
- Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
Experience
- Proven experience in Talent Development & Learning or broader HR roles with exposure to performance management;
- Experience supporting evaluation cycles, career path frameworks and engagement initiatives;
