- Develop and deliver customized corporate training solutions for internal teams and external clients.
- Establish measurable KPIs and analytics frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Learning & COE teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Implement structured performance management processes with clear KPIs and regular reviews.
- Drive talent acquisition and onboarding strategies for the L&D and COE functions.
- Introduce engagement, recognition, and feedback mechanisms to enhance team satisfaction and performance.
- Ensure proactive issue resolution and seamless support for all learning initiatives.
Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on learning transformation initiatives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure knowledge sharing and organizational alignment.
- Organize learning forums, webinars, and engagement platforms to enhance networking and innovation culture.
