We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist with strong expertise across warehouse operations, sortation centers, transportation, and last mile delivery networks.
This role will design and implement operational training strategies that drive productivity, safety, service quality, and cost efficiency across the full logistics value chain. The ideal candidate understands high-volume, fast-paced logistics environments and can translate operational processes into structured, measurable learning programs.
The L&D Specialist will partner closely with Operations, Fleet Management, HR, and Senior Leadership to align workforce capability with business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across logistics functions
- Develop structured onboarding programs for operational and managerial staff
- Design blended learning programs (classroom, digital, on-the-job coaching)
- Develop SOP-based training manuals and e-learning content
- Establish Train-the-Trainer programs for supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant majors
- 4–8+ years of L&D experience within logistics, courier, 3PL, or e-commerce
- Strong operational understanding of Warehouse processe, Sortation hubs, Fleet & transportation management, Last mile delivery networks
- Experience training blue-collar and operational workforce
- Experience working in KPI-driven environments
