About Us
The role
The Learning and Capability Development Advisor supports the delivery of learning and development initiatives that build organisational capability and enhance employee performance across the Group. Working closely with the senior manager for Learning and Technical Training, business stakeholders, and the Shared Services Centre (SSC), the role contributes to the design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes, ensuring they are accessible, engaging, and aligned to organisational priorities.
This is a hands-on role that supports both group-wide and business unit initiatives, playing a key part in embedding a culture of continuous learning. While the Advisor will deliver training directly on occasion, the majority of their work centres on enabling, equipping, and supporting others to deliver impactful learning consistently across all regions and business units.
