We are looking for a driven and curious Data Analyst who is passionate about accuracy, improvement, and making a meaningful impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding how things work, spotting opportunities to streamline processes, and delivering highquality outputs that others can rely on.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering
monthly, quarterly, and annual bespoke reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery within tight deadlines and established SLAs. This work remains essential as we transition from manual report production into a modern, automated, Data Warehouse-driven reporting model.
A significant part of your role will be to help modernise our approach. You will work closely with the

Throughout this transition, your curiosity, commitment to excellence, and attention to detail will ensure that both the manual and new Power BI processes remain robust and fit for purpose.
Alongside your core responsibilities, you will also provide mentoring support to our Data Administrator. This is not a linemanagement role, but an opportunity to guide, encourage, and help them develop the skills needed to progress into a Data Analyst role themselves.
Success in this role means shaping how IPRS Health uses its data-improving operational efficiency, supporting strategic planning, enhancing client service, and contributing to the growth and innovation of our data capability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Data Analyst for IPRS Health, you will take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of our analytics, including:

Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and adhoc reports to strict deadlines, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights for both internal leaders and external clients.
Maintain high standards of completeness, accuracy, and robustness across all datasets, working closely with IT and the Data Engineer to uphold strong data governance.
- Modernisation & Legacy Report Migration
Collaborate with the Data Engineer and stakeholders to review, refine, and migrate existing manual reports into the Data Warehouse and Power BI, shaping the future of reporting at IPRS Health.
- Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing
Support and guide the Data Administrator to build their analytical skills and progress toward a Data Analyst role, fostering a culture of learning and development.
