We are currently recruiting for an
HR Support position on a
fixed-term contract. Their main purpose would be to support the HR function with HR system data input, data cleanse and vetting checks administration
Main job duties:
Maintain and update employee records on HR system (Cezanne) and spreadsheets
Carry out accurate data input, data checks and data cleansing activities
Support with vetting checks administration
Liaise with internal stakeholders
Ensure HR data is kept accurate, up to date and confidential
Provide general HR administrative support and assist with adhoc projects
Ad hoc duties:
To comply with all IPRS Policies and Procedures, including those relating to GDPR, Data Protection, Information Security and Health & Safety.
To undertake mandatory training as required.
To undertake any other duties, compatible with the grading of the post, as required.
To maintain client confidentiality when working from home, using a suitable work environment.
To maintain high privacy and security levels on computers and laptops and internet connections used to carry out the above tasks.
To maintain high professional standards and attitudes when dealing with clients and colleagues.
To ensure that professional behaviour, appearance, and attitude are maintained, and the organisation's policies, standards and procedures are adhered to, along with promotion of these to all colleagues.
Essential qualifications:
Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent relevant experience (E)
Experience and knowledge:
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (E)
Proven experience using Excel and MS Office programmes (E)
Experience of using HR systems (D)
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data (E)
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately (E)
Organised, reliable and able to work independently (E)
Salary: £30,000 Pro rata (£14.42 per hour)
Location: Remote
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract to 30 June 2026
Hours: 20 hours per week (Flexible)
